Now its not in my nature to publically flounce from a forum, however I feel that I should make my reasons known why I wont be visiting this forum any more.

I dont consider this to be a professional forum any more. All we seem to get these days are threads designed to flare up arguments, bitchy replies, and "better than thou" type posts. That's what I'm going to call it anyway - it sounds nicer than bi-polar. The doctor I saw today was lovely and made me feel like I'm not a complete mentalist, and even though I kind of knew this was coming I still feel strange. I've decided not to go on the funny pills straight away because the doctor was telling me that studies have shown that the herbal supplement St Johns Wort taken in high dosage can be as effective as the funny pills. I'd rather give the natural treatment a go first so...
