Does anyone know if you miss a flight, you get charged??

I ask because I was asked to cancel some flights for tomorrow but when I spoke to the lady that works for easyjet, she said call back tomorrow with more information that I didnt have to hand, when she was back on shift.

But then I thought, well the flights are tomorrow, so I tried calling them back earlier & the office had shut 5 mins earlier!!

I cant get a refund anyway, just dont want to be charged...

Does anyone know if you dye something grey/silver colour in the wash, can you return it back to cream????

I've just been delivered the biggest bunch of lillies ever to work .... with just a note saying Happy Birthday! Not from anyone.

I rang the florest who said a man came in and paid cash & said she will know who they are from!! Well .... I dont!!

I nearly cried ... they are so lovely!!

Ive booked my ticket for the ol' shin diggin & also my hotel, which apparantly is the closest ... walking distance!!

If anyone want a double bed (as I booked a family room) for the Friday & Saturday night its £31.50 so £63 for both nights.

And as I always hear people giving negative comments about customer service, I want to give a wopping good one!!
