Well I have been asked to go into partnership with a friend, he's not in the industry its a big space above a really nice new gym, and he is talking about getting a business loan to kit the place out as a hair and beauty salon, getting staff the lot :O I've been mobile for a few years and was looking to maybe take a step towards a salon perhaps renting space in a hairdressers but this is massive, Don't know what to do big risk but could be worth it???? help lol xx

Well I have been gobsmacked at the cheapo services but ok there will probably always be this. But today one of the posts actually said she was self taught did'nt want to go pro or she'd have to put her prices up, she charges £10 for L & P so If she has done no training she will have...

I have had quite a few hair disasters, not done by me might I add but professionals lol
Well the latest is I had my long hair bleached up to go purple, my long suffering hair dresser said no because it would wreck it......so another hairdresser friend on mine did it, it looked fab till about a month, had to keep getting it all over as bad fade, had to get 9% on root as it wasn't as bright arg!

So spilt end city, had 5 inches chopped off over last 2 months! I hate getting more...

From April I will be offering beauty treatments at the massive SKY call centre in my home town! no rent, just a small discount for staff. Really hope this is gonna be the break that will make me, I have struggled being mobile and I think being based somewhere with such a huge staff and turnover of staff could be it
