I've never blogged before, but I'm going to have to, I have steam coming out of my ears.
Just had the 4th no show/cancel in the last week, one of which was having 3hours worth of treatments. He phoned 10 minutes after he was supposed to of arrived saying that he was going to have to cancel, and was surprised when I pointed out that I had now lost 3 hours worth of money as I couldn't give someone else his appointment time.
