....is feeling slightly better, not as painful and I can complete a service in 1.5 hours, so not too bad, better thatn the 45mins for 3 nails in the first week!

Only trouble is, because I have this plastic splint on, which I'm not allowed to remove, my hand now smells like a dead ferral cat. I did take half the tape off and exfoliated and cleaned it as much as I could but it still honks!

I rang the hosp yesterday to ask if I could remove it to clean it but they have to...

OMG the shopping just arrived for my diet.

I can't beilieve how much fruit and veg I have to eat in a week.....just goes to show how little I have been eating!

I'm doing the same diet as Trinity, Total Wellbeing, it says steady weight loss 1-2 lbs per week. I'd like to loose 1.5 stone!

We shall see!

Well reading about all this wonderful weight loss, I decided it's time I pulled my finger out and did something about my excess poundage.

Thought about the Diet chef but am just going to follow a Tesco one.

I will commence tomorrow.....

Went to work today, it's sore to work but I have to, only did what I had to do....first client took 40 mins for 3 nails. I only had 3 in which was lucky so I filled with pink and left the whites for next time, the clients were very understanding.

The hospital rang me on Tuesday to say that the big boys reveiwed the x-rays at the daily meeting and finger has to be immobilised for 6 weeks.....6 WEEKS!!!!!! for the fracture to heal and then i see the plastics hand specialist to decide...

Went to th hospital this morning to the trauma clinic. Have had the silly pot removed and now have a more managable splint.

Have to go back next week and see the hand consultant as I have this enchondroma, the bone is really deformed an resembles more of a pear shae than a bone shape.

Think I may have to bite the bullet and have the surgery or eventually I'll have no bone there

I'll know more then but am hoping that with this splint I'll be ok working,...
