Well the decision has been made and the appointment made. The cambridge diet consultant is coming on wed at 7.30pm with my first weeks meal replacements. Oh God!

I so know i have to do something about my weight, with my dad in hospital having had a heart attack this has spurred me on.

He was told he survived because although he's 77, he's fit, non smoker and active for his age.

I am NOT fit, I SMOKE and I am NOT active for my age.

I have a LOT of weight to lose, and I really want to lose it now, so keep your fingers crossed for me.
