Inspired by the thread about cup cakes I thought I'd share my emergency chocolate cake!

You can go from depressed to Emergency Chocolate Cake in five minutes!

Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter or oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla (or peppermint) extract
1 tablespoon choc chips
1 large mug

See you don't even need scales...

Oh my god this is so cool! My bf run's his own Greetings Card company, and yesterday he had a call from one of his shops. Turns out there was a picture of one of his cards in the latest Take That book - Take That / Take 2.
