I'm back from hols to house poo!

Hi all!

Got back from a fantastic holiday on friday, to find out that our house buyer pulled out just after we left for hols!

We are ready to exchange contracts on the house we want to buy too! Spoke to the agents, and have decided to drop the house price by £5000 to get a quick sale - the people who's house we want are going to give us a week to sell and if not they're going to allow viewings etc.

I can't tell you all how totally hacked off I am by this, but I'm trying to be positive - got a viewing on Monday, and tonight is a new moon, so please send me positive sale vibes guys - we've been doing this since beginning of October!

I don;t believe it! (ooh Victor) I thought that I may have stopped the jinx of the house sales falling through. Why oh why do people have to wait so long before pulling out? Surely you must bloody know where you want to live? This is happening too often now, I think we should start a petition to say that once you have made an offer that it is legally binding from the off. I don;t know of any other country where this is allowed to happen. But I sure do know the stress that you are going through

	Re: I'm back from hols to house poo! I'm with you Sassy - if we loose the house we want I've still got to pay for all the solicitors work and that really hacks me off - these people did this 2 years ago too!!!! Thanks for the support, sometimes its just good to vent!
