I know I'm not about anyway near as much as I used to be, although I do stilll pop on pretty regularly.......life has been busy busy busy with the house sale/move/new schools etc........I don't seemed to have stopped for months and months.

However today I wanted to come on and tell you how proud I am of a very close friend who has, with the help of his wife (she was his crew) and a tiny bit of help from me (I've had their 3 children and 2 dogs) Because today...

Long time no geek......life took over there for a while

Things are good now, Joe is perfect....totally healed, eating everything and lots of it, sleeping (at last!!!) smiling, laughing, he is finally the little boy I knew he wanted to be and it is heaven.

I hope life has been treating you all well. I've lots and lots to catch up on I am sure.

Well, the last few weeks have been more than a little stressful.

He had a routine check-up from his hernia op, and something was spotted that needed keeping an eye on and a follow up, which we had today. The consultant seemed fairly positive that things should be ok, we are booked in for a scan in 2 weeks time and hopefully he will be given a big thumbs up....

So a big sigh of relief from us today

We have also found 3 new foods over recent weeks, so...

So my little man is now 1, how did that happen

We have had a couple of fun days, playing with new toys and a big party. Needless to say he didn't have any cake, and although I had threatened it I didn't serve up Fish, carrot and banana kebabs .

So 1 down 1 more to go tomorrow. Max will be 5 and we have a party with 17 little angels to look forward to
