I wanted long beautiful nails for my holiday in two weeks.... what do I get?

Ive had to cut what had grown short so I dont catch it and pull it any further.
At the moment I have it on four fingers, worse on my right thumb, got a proper wiggly line of attachment or whatever its called.

He doesnt realise nice nails are a girls pride!

Ive just come back from my chiropractors visit after falling down the stairs last week.
Im just hoping now I havnt set myself to far back as I was on a three month recall.

The offical news is, my lower back was extremely stiff, so that was loosened off for me and now I have ice on it to reduce any swelling there may be.

My neck was very stiff so thats been re-adjusted (I love the CRACK sound it makes)

Im to continue applying ice for 10-15mins at a...

For the past few months Ive been using an eppilator on my little leggys but Ive now switched back to my trusty Venus.

Reasons?

No matter how much I exfolitated (and BOY did I exfolitate) I was still getting nasty ingrown hairs at the top of my leg. I used the exfolitating mitt (all over, gotta admit my skin is baby soft, other than for the bumps on my legs) an exfoliating wash in the shower... everything.
And no matter how many times I eppilated my legs...

I would like to make it thru One day without hurting myself. Im always covered in bruises I dont remember getting.

Only I remember the Two Ive done today... one right after the other.

I went out for a meal and reaching back to shut the car door with my hand my forearm caught it first... instant lump and bruise.

Five minutes later when I sit at the table the first thing i do? Bash my knee... instant lump and bruise. And they are so sore now....

Phew, nothing bad happened today. Ok so I cant move and Im doped up on all the painkillers I can mix without killing myself but all in all its not been a bad day.

Ive also managed to stick to my restricted caffine diet, only three cups of normal tea a day the rest is all decaff.
