I'm ill Some nasty person gave me their cold, it's horrible my throat is so sore and dry, I have a really sore tummy as well. I've spent all day on the sofa, I tried to go to bed just after midnight but just can't sleep, my throat is way too sore to sleep, and my OH is snoring away in bed, I'll never sleep with that going on!

So at 3.20am, I'm online trying to find something to do

Happy Christmas all! Ok, so it's Boxing Day today...but still...!!

We had our first xmas together, just us 2. We buggered up the turkey - we forgot it takes ages to defrost hahaha so we had chicken instead and cooked the turkey at 11pm ish last night!! Turkey meals this week for us, I have a batch of turkey and veg soup I just made simmering on the hob, mmyummy!! I'll probably make a turkey pie aswell, just need flour etc for the pastry.

I was totally spoiled with presents....

I'm in bed...with some sort of cold-virus-flu thingy, I've had to reset the brightness controls on my laptop, tv and mobile to dim the lights down as my eyes are so flipping sensitive. I've been asleep for about 16 hrs though so I'm now awake and bored lol
