Put this as a post but didn't know it was a blog thing sorry valencianails.
Anyway just had to shout it out that I have been on a diet for 4 weeks now and so far have lost 21.5pounds, I want to loose approximatley 3 to 4 stone so I am well on my way. I am doing the diet through the pharmacist called Liprotrim and it is really working for me, other diets have done nothing for me.
