I'm so excited I have one week left till our big trip.........( London/Paris
I keep thinking of all the things I need to get done,.....and all the things I need to do before I pack.....why is going on holiday an ever consuming project?...anyway....
even though I know it will be a bit chilly ...(same as here)...I'm just so excited on seeing and experiencing new things I can't wait !!!

I did 2km today!!!....( my goal is to do 4k ) maybe I've found something new I like to do .......healthy ........and GREAT "thinking time"

I am so proud of myself...I just have to shout out....
I've been really working hard with my goal of being healthier this year ...so I've been an exercising bandit.....but here is my accomplishment......
I've never really been a jogger /runner due to the fact I don't like to in the first place ....and since having my 3 kids I've not really had much control with the bladder and gravity....
But!! I've been doing my keggels....and yesterday I was able to jog...

So we are almost there ....just a little less than 3 weeks till our trip abroad.....I'm busy working out to lose the weight that I have piled on since this winter .....I've cut down all my sweets in fact I've cut them out all together .....and hardly even eat anything fatty.....but every time I weigh myself it seems that the scale keeps moving up......
I hope it's muscle.....that is making the scale go up .....working with weights, running , doing all my sit ups ect....lets hope eh?.....since...

Ok so it's been a while since I've been online or even wrote in the blogs.....
But I need to talk about an idea I have...tried to discuss it with hubby and he flat out told be he does not want to hear be cause he does not think it's a good idea.....opening ones self to criticism.....
