Quick life update!!!

Missed out on 'the' perfect premises the other day....its been sold as a going concern BUT it FAILED at what it was and i dont hold my breath on second time lucky.

It was everything i've ever thought i'd want.

Nice / affluent area....right size better still RIGHT MONEY !!!

Noted my 'interest' with the land lady if it comes up again.

So since then....got the bug &...
