god im tired what a week i have had , my mum as been taken into hospital she as had heart problems since xmas, she was suffering from angina and had to go into hospital to have an angiogram which looks at the heart to see what is going on, they found out that some of the arterys around her heart were narrowed so she would have to go for another op and have stents put in so they would open up the arterys that were blocked , after she had this done she seemed to be ok, BUT then a month after this...

hey everyone!!

A few weeks ago I put a post up about me biting my nails as I'm a terrible nail biter but I thought I would let you know I have finally managed to stop biting 7 of my nails I stopped back in january..
I've bitten my nails ever since I can remember why I assume its just a bad habbit I havent been able to break and people go on at me to stop biting them but I had to stop doing it for myself anyway...
I now have 7 nails which have grown right to the tops of...

I'm just writing to let you all know I now on my 8th day of my 28 day detox , I'm doing really well im having a home had smoothie for breakfast which is full of lovely fruit and natural yogurt and then I have homemade soup for my dinner and its lovely I'm getting more like delia smith everyday, tea is always meat veggys and potatos or something along those lines and i have some almonds and dried apricots to snack on if i get hungry..
And the good news is Ive not had any digestive problems...
