I'm not sure if anyone reads these but i just wanted to write and make a note for myself.

Since last Thursday Jake (my dog) has shown little change. I'm absolutely heartbroken....

I'm dreading the day when i need to make a decision. He follows me everwhere & i love hime so much it;s breaking my heart.

I've made the decision and going to scatter his ashes where he loves to walk. I just don't want to think about it.

I've started smoking...

Well it's been a while since i wrote here so thought i'd give it another go and have a good old moan t omyself. Got the dreaded lergy and am feeling like everything this morning is an effort. have a tone of washing and drying to do and can't seem to get motivated at all.

On the plus side we're all off at Filey on Sunday for a week at Reighton Sands Holiday Park in aour caravan so that should be fun and a nice break too. We're taking our dog who doesn't normally come with us but...

got weghed today and guess what iv'e lost 3 llbs thats 6 1/2 Llbs in 3 weeks...i,m so chuffed. Gonna try to get another 3Llb of before christmas. So wish me luck

We went ot toys R us yesterday for more christmas shopping, so that's Owen sorted. we bought him a Scalextric but to be honest i think Paul was wanting it really..lol.

Will get weighed today at Scottish SLimmers,so fingers crossed i'll have lost some weight. I've tried to stick to it but it is difficult especially as i missed the weigh in last week,but hopefully i haven't done too bad i hope.
