Issues and tissues

I haven't blogged in ages and maybe even longer than that!! I've just been so busy! I will post a bit of my life and work stuff for those who have nothing better to do right now!
I have been working very hard at work and it's really paying off. I am steady and have some new ones too!! It's brilliant! Especially when all you hear in the media is doom and gloom. I am hoping that this waxing course, with Kim, will get numbers so I can grow that side of my business. I am really looking forwards to this course!! Another new thing. Well,,,aint new, but room for improvement is ace!!
We do, however, have a meeting in work tomorrow to kick things 'up the arse' abit.
The problems are the juniors. They are good, but could snap it up abit and be better. We're all self employed in the salon and rent space. The juniors, however get paid a wage. So. no matter what, they get paid. They seem to be a bit lasp in phone manner and other areas. No biggy, as long as we have this meeting just to point out where it can be improved. I have worked extremely hard in this last couple of years to get where I am. I continue to work hard to stay and improve where I am and where I am going. They just need a kick up the arse to make them realise that we're all in it together!
Thats work covered.
The old man is off again soon which will be a tough call as he's been home since mid december. Not looking forwards to that. But at least after this trip he's going to be shore based for a year or so. I cannot wait to have him home for a longer time!!
Well.. that's it for now. Nothing to taxing. Just thought I would drop some lines down.
