Im sooo annoyed!!!! Last week I went to my bank that all my household bills/direct debits come out off to pay some more money in. I went to the branch and paid in £360, 5 days later, when I went on line to have a look at my account there was no credit into it, just 5 bounced direct debits???!!! when I checked my receipt I realised it had been paid into another persons account!!!
