I kind of chuckled at the irony of eBays email sent to me today whinging about unfair trade. The email links to an online petition to get the powers that be in the EU to 'lighten up' regarding its position on Intellectual Property (IP) holders rights to prevent eBay from allowing sales of goods covered by IP.

There have been a couple of significant lawsuits against eBay in the EU successfully won by IP holders in recent years. Specifically Louis Vuitton was awarded €40 million in damages...

The Report Post button is the pretty red one that used to always get mixed up with the reputation button. The purpose of the Report Post button is to help the moderator team identify posts that may be inappropriate. Instead it has become a tool for certain 'factions' to try and control what is being posted on the site.

I was re-reading (for about the 4th time) a book by Michael Gerber called “The E-Myth Revisited”. For those of you that have not been exposed to this superb book, E-Myth is the ‘Entrepreneurial Myth’ that if you are good at what you do, you will be successful running a business based around those skills.
