Has Anyone Been To Mexico?

We've just booked our honeymoon and I am very excited. We are going to Riviera Maya in Mexico next June for two weeks, so I wondered if any well travelled geeks have been there?
Has anyone got any useful tips, or can just tell me a bit more of what it's like?
I've been bouncing around like a child all evening. I just want to go nooooooooooow!

I went to the Riviera Maya in Mexico this year, (August)
