timewasters???

Posted 05-11-09 at 08:25 PM by tinkywinky

Why do some people pose as clients, to find out information from you, then pretend that they want to book a treatment?

It's a waste of my time answering some stranger on what the most popular thing I do is when they have phoned about something so random.

I've never done this.

Sorry to moan but it's annoying and I hate time wasters.

sorry to post such a negative note here, it's just I'm sick of answering the phone to people pretending to be clients. I've had three calls in the past week. It just grates me. Sorry

Um suppose so but why do they ask stuff so OBVIOUS like do you provide towels and a couch, and what qualification have you got (when it already says what I've got)

still annoying when you've told the kids to be quiet to run upstairs to use the phone, to phone a timewaster when I could have been sat playing with them instead. Never mind!
