1) Leave tomorrow, going to see my sons and grandchildren for two whole weeks..........and shop, oh my god am I going to shop!!!!!

2) Have got trains and times sorted so am going to see Kim next week and do a one to one waxing with her..... Yeah!!!!

3) Have found a place near to my son's (so that I don't have to tackle the underground trains twice in one visit!!) that I can do a spray tanning course at....

My holiday is now sorted,...all I have to do...

Not only am I going to England for nearly 2 weeks to see my beautiful granddaughters..... but Kim Lawless has offered me a one-to-one with her for waxing!!!! With less than a weeks notice, she has offered me a space......How cool is that..... Just hope travel times etc can be matched up and I can get there!!!!

I really can't believe how long it has been since I have written here. No excuses really, just life getting in the way I guess, so here goes with a quick catch up, a (very) condensed version of life since my last blog............
I now have a beautiful new grand daughter, after a very tense 7 month pregnancy Emilia arrived safely by cesarean on the 3rd October 2008. Weighing just over 4 pounds she was/is just about the most beautiful little girl I have ever seen, and NO I am not biased....she...

Well here I am back in sunny Tenerife, we are in the middle of a calima and it's 41 degrees in the shade which might sound great but the whole island is covered in a dust cloud and a wind that feels like a hair dryer on high heat blowing in your face!!!!

Had an absolutely fab time with my family in England, did lots of shopping spent some "real" time with my sons and my grand daughter and even had a day when it snowed, it was really beautiful.

But the best news...

Did my first wedding thursday, went really well, bride was over the moon with her nails...and even if I do say so myself they did look pretty good!
I am trying to design a "package/portfolio" type thing for weddings and special occassions, my friend, a hairdresser, specialises in hair-up styles my sister does holistic therapy's and another pal is a beautician so we thought we would all go into it together!!! Worth a try anyway, as there is a lot more weddings etc here than I thought....
