My 16 yr old nephew got 8 A's and 2 B's in his GCSE's and my 18 yr old niece got 3 B's at A level!!!!

I am so so pleased for them and my sister.

But unfortunately also gutted for my niece because she needed 3 A's to go to Bristol

We could do Olympia, then meet up after for an early dinner at Pizza Express, which I think is pretty much on site.

Went to Calla Salon today to be made 'a little more beautiful' by Lynne Baker!

Was in desperate need of some pampering, and I am now sleek and s-m-o-o-o-o-t-h and have toenails and eyelashes to die for

I thought I had got it over with a few years back, when I bought my cabriolet and started tottering around on killer heels. So that was the first bout, hehe.

Soon got over that! Wasn't long before I got back to dressing for comfort not style... got into the environment, started keeping hens and growing veg, aspiring to be a next generation Barbara Good. That was the second bout, hehe.

Now what is going on? I have kept my life so safe for the last 6-7 years and suddenly...

Well today is the day I meet with the director of the floatation pool company I am talking too. Which also means I get to experience a float - their way. I am so looking forward to it. My sleep has been utterly rubbish lately and apparently it is an excellent way to feel replenished and revitalised.

I have floated before, a number of times, so I know I'm going to love it. But today will be different, because I will be on my own and very, very still. Where I float at Nirvana you get...
