Wow, that really is great advise Sassy! I have just started out and begun my advertising and you have really helped to give me some great ideas! It is reassuring to read tips from someone with experience.
If you don't mind me asking - how long have you been in business? And how long did it take you to build up your client base to a reasonable level?

I've been self employed for 5 years. Business comes and goes but I had a good client base within about 6 months ... or put it this way I've never gone hungry!
