I did my aunty's friend's nails a few weeks ago. She said at the time she wanted me to go back this Monday. I've phoned her a couple of times and left a voice mail but still not heard from her. Would you still go?

Have you spoken to your Aunty about it ?

My aunty said she hasn't mentioned it.

I think she's forgot about it or just doesn't want it anymore.

I'll try her again tomorrow and Monday before the appointment. If I don't hear from her I'm not going to go.

No. You've been polite and left a couple of messages and she's been rude and ignored you. Also, it's got nothing to do with your Auntie so don't involve her.

Be professional and leave one more friendly and upbeat message/text saying that you realise that she's busy, so if she doesn't get back to you by that evening, you'll assume that she won't be having her nails done and you'll wait for her to contact you. Always leave the door open for them to return. Also, you never know if there's been a family crisi or something. There probably hasn't but give her the benefit of the doubt the first time. xx

just try again to reach her so that you'll know if you still coming or not,
it is a good thing that you leave her a message, so that she wont forget your appointment..
don't feel sad or bother too much about that, for sure you can reach her by then...
