Any Tech`s based in the Surrey area salon based (my sister is prepared to travel - but not for more than 40 mins) or mobile that works with acrylic but not just french sculpts or tip overlay my sister is looking for good tech who is a little on the creative side I do her nails everytime I see her and she loves a bit of bling or something different.
