I caught my first fish yesterday.
Went to fam beach party, on the way back home hubby thought maybe we just throw some lines out.
And horah!!!!!!!!! I caught one.

Still very excited.

This made me remember back to fishing with my dad has a child. I still remember catching my first fish in the local river, Not quite as exotic as your location lol

Same here lell, i remember fishing with my dad, and catching quite a few trees when casting!

But a couple of years back when camping (not quite so exotic either

), I took lunch to my husband and the kids whilst they were fishing, my son handed me the rod to keep an eye on for him....guess who caught a 6lber?

Obviously i've never let them forget this, and wonder why they have to spend hours fishing!!?

I did, now i really must get round to getting that enlarged to put over the fireplace........

the fishing seasons starts on my birthday - many moons ago had this gorgeous fishing-fanatical boyfriend who could do no wrong in my eyes - nice birthdays i had!!!
