Anyone in New Zealand?

Hi geeks in NZ,

There is a possibility that my husband and I will be moving to NZ this year. I would like to know how popular beauty treatments are over there, specially waxing. I do offer other treatments from body massage to nails and eyebrows too. There is a chance that we will be living in Wellington... it would be great to hear your comments on this please.

Hi Renata,

Beauty treatments are def well sought after here in NZ. We have quite a few specialist waxing bar's that offer only wax treatments! As well as many other beauty and spa type salons! I believe though that in the UK (if that's where you are) you have quite a few new products and treatment options that we don't have on offer here.... so it would be a great opportunity for you to maybe introduce them to the NZ Market!
I am based in Auckland though so not 100% up to the play on what Wellington has on offer! Maybe just do a search online and have a look at treatment menu's etc for salons that are in and around the area you are looking at moving to.... We have a lot of "individually owned salons" here but there are also a few franchise types as well!

Yes I am in the UK at the moment and may be moving to NZ in the next 6 months. Thanks for the advice and I have checked some salons website and treatment menus. I will try and bring some different things from the UK. I will ad you as a friend so we can keep in touch if you like. Do you run your own salon there? x
