This is all very intresting I have just put the link on a Tattoo support group I am a member of they are mostly from the USA but I want to see what they think of it. So many people on there with the regret of Tattoos.

If only we could turn the clock back LOL!

It definately is worh the journey if you can make it to one of these clinics -
When you have laser it doesn't take to colour of straight away - just fades it through the treatment.
I had it on that little cross and it was £60 and you could bearly tell and they said i would need 12 treatments!
They said it would be roughly £2000 for my band!!!!!!!
And you only have this treatment every 6 weeks too..
God i sound like i work for them! I have tried everything though... I was one of the first to have this treatment in the uk last year. I have even tried Dermablend make up but it er just looks like you've put make up on our tattoo.....

good web check it out - 07-04-06, 12:41 PM

hi there saw your question yes there is a good place it does not invole laser what it is are injections into the tattoo which cause the body to recognise as a foreighn object like a splinter and the body forms a scab and off comes the tattoo with the scab and the skin as good as new its a swiss formula and is now in practice it is less painful removes all colours of ink even if a tattoo is of age it still leaves fresh skin like before with no traces or scarring but treaments may take couple of times due to size of tattoo and healing process of the body you should check it out i phoned up enquired and have been sent a brochure about the procedure it starts fromm £55 the woman said and i totally recommend it unlike the laser treatment which can leave skin pigmentation and slight markings ! www.tattooerase.co.uk and www.tattooeraseglasgow.co.uk look at the pics !

Hi Caz

Ihad a few indian ink tattoos a few years ago, I then went to a laserclinic in northampton, 2 sesions I had and wow! like magic they were gone, no trace whatsoever.
Dont put any sort of substance into the tattoo coz all it will do is take the colour out but leave the indentation of the tattoo

im getting mine removed by laser & im not gonna lie its really painfull, they make the area as cold as possible to take away some of the pain.i had six tatoos i have only one left now (its almost gone,i will need about 2 more laser treatments on it.)my other tatoos have'nt left a scar ,you would'nt even know i had them.tell your brother in law to get some aloe vera gel as this is best to use once the dressing is off.after the treatment you leave the dressing on for 24hrs you must not get it wet. the treatments are done every 2mnths,no sunbathing is allowed unless the area is covered.
i hope this has been helpfull to you. kaz
