Hi everyone,

Im back from hospital again cramming in those driving lessons before my test on the 10th August AAAAHHHHHH

Anyway to those who don't know my daughter has been diagnosed with leukaemia and is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at addenbrookes in Cambridge. We live in Ipswich, miles away. We are currently staying at a charity house in cambridge run by the sick childrens trust, this is not funded by the hospital or the government and relies solely upon donations from the public and families like us who are staying there.

I have decided to raise some money for them as they desperately need to fund an extension £150.000 short at the moment. I am going to give parents on chelsies ward and also anyone else who want them nail enhancements. Im also going to be giving the children a simple polish with nail art, they are all into glitter, 3d stickers and transfers at the moment.

I am asking if any of you have anything laying around like glitter, stickers polish manicure items that you dont use anymore , would you be so kind to donate this so I can make them smile. All funds raised will go to the sick childrens trust, I have a little bit of stuff from my own kit that is allready in the goody bag as I call it, but more the merrier.

The parents have heard about what I am intending to do and I have had so much posotive feedback on this its unreal, they all keep nagging me as to when I can start doing this.

Hi Sarah. I live in the U.S. May I donate $$$. for this cause? Also, When my daughter was 6 years old she too was diagnosed with Leukemia. After 3 years of treatment she went into remission! She is almost 13 now. Treatment these days are wonderful and we have more hope than ever. My prayers of strength are with you and your family.
