Did anyone see Trang in action at Earls Court?

His work is out of this world. I stood at his shoulder and watched him do 4 design sculpted nails...they were amazing.....they were truly 3d, when you looked at the finished designs. He did a Hawiian island and you could really see the sea twinkling, the designs just popped out ouf the nail.

He even took the time to explain and show the 5 techniques you need to master to be able to create work like this.

He was telling us about the design sculpture competitions they have in the far east, 2 1/2 hours to do ten themed encapsulated 3d nails..... amazing!

Truly inspiring....

The designs he was doing yesterday were built up, layer by paper thin layer and then capped with clear, all sculpted on a form.

I watched him for ages a couple of years ago at GMEX - absolutely amazing 3D work, and the his 'flat' nail art with coloured acrylics was gorgeous.

Also, I couldn't get over just HOW FAST he managed to sculpt a nail - blink and you missed it.

I'd love to see his work in more detail.

Is it Odyssey that train with the one bead method?

love the rainbow flower design on the link.... it says target time 1hr 20 mins per set! LOL I'd be happy to do a set of pink and white in that time!!! x

I think they do, I met and had a chat with one of their educators in Aston & Fincher one day and she was telling me about the one bead method. He was deffo capping those 3d nails with 1 bead of clear.

yep i trained with ons and its one bead, really easy to work with, he is amazing though ive seen him at 3 shows now! - saying that i mainly use creative now, but for glitter and arty stuff its fab.

Oh he is amazing! I had a nail done by him last Gmex and it was so gorgeous. I talked to him for ages asking him so many questions on the sunday and the monday lol I think he was not sorry to see me go

They look so cool and he makes it all loos so easy it amde me alugh when i was reading because it kept saying now breathe, how did he know i was holding my breath. wish i had watched him
