Yes, each set of exercises has to be performed 3 times each time you do it, and you have to do it 3 times a week (mon, wed & fri... weekend off).
The secret behind it is to do it as fast as you can. Like i said, my sis took 55 mins the first time but after 2 weeks she could do it in 25 mins. even if you have to sit down for a few secs to get your breath, start again as soon as you can. she says its harder than it looks when your doing it as fast as you can. she lost 2lb a week and didn't diet. |
