About your hair, i'm very sorry, i know how it feels. Once i went to this hairdresser that was obviously very stuborn, i told him on thing and he decided exactly the oposite, i went home crying, i don't know if it was the crying or the hair, but i got so many compliments the cut grew on me and i became to like it very much. But there was another time i wanted some highlights, my hair i very dark and i wanted a natural look so i asked to not many and in a shade only a bit lighter than my own, they came out blonde and i looked over 30 (i wasn't even 20 at the time), and on top of all that the hairdresser shaver my hair at the back (wich looked terrible), i came home crying as before and my gran talked to the salon owner who asked me to come again and correct the color, they covered with color matching my own, so i ended up paying for non-existing higlights!... But chins up, these problems pass and eventuallly you'll end up having a laugh on them
As a mother you defenetly know it's not your fault, and the other children mother's will also know this. Kids are prone to acidents, and acidents are just that, they're nobodys fault! |

My mum, aunt and Granma are all very superstious - they say that everything happens in threes (only bad luck though - not good luck).
They`re always saying that if something unlucky or bad happens - break 2 match sticks. If 2 things have happend already - then just break one. (so that you won`t get a run of bad luck) How this works?? Its been drummed into me since i was a kid - so I always do it now.

Im sure the child and mother dont blame you, accidents happen. and as for your hair, it grows, it can be cut and extensions can be taken out, so Im sure something can be done! Oh Emma
You poor thing! I dont thing anything else will happen, you've had your quota! With the hair thing, I'd definitely contact the lady and let her know that I'm not happy with the hair extension colour. After all you paid for it! And about the little girl. I hope she's not in too much pain. At her age, she'll be on the mend so dont feel guilty. In situations like these I sigh and say 'well no-body died' so chin up and hang in there!XX |

That's not bad luck.................that's life. I believe that luck is 'believing you're lucky' so if you start saying you've god bad luck, then horrible things will start to happen.
So, just say to yourself, 'What a bum weeks it's been' then pick yourself up, dust yourself off....................and start all over again. Don't worry doll, everything will be back to normal soon. Oh, and as for the hair, tell her you want it replaced free of charge. It doesn't matter if she's mobile or not..............makes no difference as you didn't get what you paid for. Good luck PMSL (couldn't resist that one). xxxxxxxx |

Thanks girls. Well I havent phoned about my hair yet but will do it tomorrow. I took my daughter round to her freinds tonight for a halloween party and they were back to their normal selves tearing round in their costumes...even heer dolly is supporting a plaster cast! The only down side for her is that she cant go back to nursery unless they change her cast due to health and safety.
As they say life goes on |

Definitely complain about your hair. If it hasn't been done right it should be corrected. Besides, if the hairdresser thinks she can get away with it, chances are, she'll do it to someone else. I know that I'd rather a client came back to me if they had a problem than leaving it & then me making the same mistake again.
I know how you feel, a bad haircut gets you down. I once had a perm on my long straight hair (I was about 16 at the time). It didn't take so my mum marched me back to the hairdresser who stuck another perm on my already damaged hair & a few days later it started falling out in big chunks. I ended up having to have most of my hair cut off & it's never been the same since. Good luck with your next hair appointment! |
