My beloved girls have done something to my pc. My system restore has been turned off and so has my Norton Security, unbeknowns to me. It appears I may have a virus on here now. I cannot get Norton to open, I've tried reloading it, but both just come up with an error message.

Is there anyone who can help to get my Norton up and running again? The lives of my daughters are in the balance here!!!
