Well here we go again.I feel like i'm having a de ja vu here.I'm getting ready to go back up to the office of the funding company at london bridge for 2pm.I have to represent myself after i had to change my premises and they withdrew funding.So now i've got this second chance after complaining in writing.

So i've put together a little information pack(which took all weekend) all about the premises and its surrounding area with some market research throwen in.I'm feeling a bit nervous but i guess i have nothing to lose considering they withdrew there offer already.You would think i'd be used to this by now but..

Anyway viewing my luck lately it's all bound to go wrong some how...if it ain't they funding company it will be the council(whom i'm avoiding talking to untill i get a definate answer from the funding guys...bet it will be another 2 weeks wait.Arghhhh!!!!)

Ohhh the stress of it all!!!!!!

Hooray they said yes there and then!!!!!yipee!!!!!The gentleman i saw was actually very supportive(i saw him last time) and he said his only concern was me opening in january and my first month being a real struggle.My argument was "so how fast can you get the money in my account?" so they said if i could produce a letter from the council stating that the tenancy is to be allocated to me and a copy of my insurance by the end of the week they can have the funds in my account within two weeks...but they want me open in december.( )
So i spoke to my man at the council and he said he could only do a letter after i have signed the lease which he will only do after he has got the final reference he is waiting for(i tried chasing it up but no one was avaliable)then he told me it was a bit ambitious to be open in december because i need to put in for a change of use and that takes 6 weeks....OMG!!!

So tommorrow i'm going to get a one day travel card ,go up to my old college and refuse to move till i get my reference then take it into the council fellas office and wait for him to print off the lease.

My sister told me not to tell the finance company about the 6 week change of use...what do you think.If i don't open(or appear to open)in december they will not give me the finance.How am i going to work this???

HAVE A FEELING THE STRESS HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN!!!!!!

Louise speak to chocolate she had lots of ahssle in regards to change of use, or speak to another council or awardign body that gives funds, cos if theya hve stipulated they want you open by december they may be able to revoke the funding and you dont want that. Check it out maybe with the citizens advice bureau as they can look through the small print.
