Just feeling sorry for myself really today! I have got some kind of bug and I feel awful. Worst headache I have ever had, no energy, stuffy nose and now feeling sick. Has anyone else had this and how long does it last.

Ahhh...poor you...drink plenty and rest up in the warm, paracetamol every 4 hours and in a few days you should start to feel better...if not pop to the docs...just in case some antibiotics are needed.

I was sent a letter by my docs about a month ago offering me the flu jab..??? said i was more prone to it than some...??? only had it twice so i declined...now i hear there is a shortage of it for those who need it...makes you wonder why eh !!! xxx

i had something similar with bad chest infection and swollen glands etc...hope it's not the same cos it knocked me out for a bout two weeks...hope u feel better soon x

I had this 2 weeks ago It was the worst headache I had ever had and I suffer from migraine so no stranger to pain lol
It lasted for 6 days and the first 2 days were so bad I couldnt sleep for the pain.

i have got the same as you had wendy chest infection, my throat and neck is swollen im fed up of coughing!
good to hear it only lasted two weeks though i have had it for a week so hopefully im half way through it!
i alway get it this time of the year and it always gets on my chest....damnflucoldinfectionthingy!

Oh glad I am not alone I feel really bad my head is banging line mad and I also feel sick, it started yesterday today it has just been worse.

Hubby said yesterday he has a bad head and felt sick also and Ty my 2 year old would not eat and this is unlike him.

Hope we all get better soon.
