Ok, so I know I'm being spoilt, but Its my birthday on the 15th and everyone has told me AGAIN, that my xmas prezzie was also my birtthday prezzie. 'snot fair. I'm gonna have an official birthday in June I think. This has been going on my whole life and its wearing a little thin now.
By the way, I'm gonna be 31 (not13)

I have a twin sister, on our birthday/ Christmas some very tight relative used to give us a present to SHARE!!!

i have the same problem my b-day is on the 7th dec and used to only get big present that had to do for both, my nephew also has this problem has his b-day is tomorrow

My little girl is 3 on the 16th and she will always have separate pressies, I cant believe folk think they can combine! I would start giving my friends pressies on their birthday and when you give it to them say its for xmas too!! See how they like it!!!! lol

HAHA Im also a twin and yeah we used to get cards to share !!! So we were like " Which half do you want", "Ill have the front with the picture on, and you can have the writing inside"

I have the same, last year I got married on the 11th Dec, was my 30th on the 13th and then Xmas, and some people gave me a 3 in 1 pressie!

My daughters birthday is xmas eve..in the start people would give her presents wrapped in xmas paper...so i gave them back and said wrap it again..they do still sell birthday paper in the shops...now no-one would dare...we don't really have xmas eve in our house..its just tayla's birthday...but can you imagine the trouble we are going to have trying to book a hall for her 18th !!!!

its not fair...everyone else gets 1 xmas and 1 birthday pressy so should you...stamp ya feet babes xxx

Yep - know that feeling well my birthday is the 29th Dec and my cousins is on Boxing day and just to rub it in both of us have brothers with birthdays in June/ July. No-one feels like partying because Christmas is past and they are saving them selves for New Year.
Mind you glad I am not a twin - I have never heard of anyone doing that before - tight gits LOL!

Its not even as if I get a big combined prezzie. This year my two sisters and I got the same smellies set as each other from my mum for xmas, but mine is my birthday prezzie as well.
I may try that trick that was mentioned and tell everyone in the family that their xmas prezzie is thier birthday prezzie as well, see how they like it.

my birthday is the 10th and my wedding anniversary is the 13th, i always get 1 big pressie from my husband which is nice cos i get it on my birthday, his life wouldn't be worth living if he left it untill our anniversary, and one thing that i wont let him forget is that when we got engaged 11yrs ago it was on xmas day and i didnt get a present, i wouldnt have minded if it had been a surprise but we had already bought the ring a month earlier, he's made up for it every xmas since, my cousins birthday is xmas day and his dads is boxing day, theyve had their parties in january.

My grand-daughter and son have the same problem. Charlie, she has a birthday on 28th Dec and Darryll, my son has his on 2nd dec (today)

thats not on at all! my hubby is on 22nd and his bro on the 18th jan! a real pain, yes but a birthday is a special occasion! its not ur fault u were born on that date! i agree u should say on their birthdays that there present at xmas was also their bday pressy, go for it
