Birthday present ideas please? - 03-01-06, 01:09 PM

I've got a few "milestone" birthdays this year - my 40th (but we won't mention that!) my dad's 70th and my son's 18th.
I haven't a clue what to get my son for his 18th, (I won't be getting him a car!) any ideas please? something like a keepsake? he's got watch/ring/bracelet/chain already - it's on valentine's day.

I think some Premium Bonds for your son would be a good idea. He will have the excitement of looking to see if his numbers come up and keep the money until he knows what he wants to use it for.
