went to see the specialist and i will be fitted with a 24hr monitor he said it is not serious and very commonthey just wanna make sure there isnt anything serious going on
so i feel better for hearing that
oh and he said i should go to the gym more often................ yeah like thats ever gonna happen lol

oh glad to hear nothing serious then Julia, i'd like to join a gym again but i never done a proper work too busy looking at the talent lol !

I can completely sympathise with you - I'm going through something very similar. I suddenly started getting strange kinda palpitations a few weeks ago, feels like my heart is skipping a beat and then can't catch up with itself again. I get one of these most days now, some worse than others. I had one of those 24 hour monitors on - bit of a pain to sleep in 'cos you have a little thing to clip to your belt (nearly dropped it down the loo more than once!!). I've now got an appointment to see a Cardiologist next week to see if he can shed any light on it. It's really bizzare - I've had loads of blood tests etc and on paper I couldn't be healthier - apparantly!!!

You can go to see your gp and get exercise on precription if you have a bad heart or problems, and the gyms have special instuctors to help you, because thats the job ive just applyed for
