Hi Geeks,

I have been using the above program to design varoius bits and bobs. I would now now like to email these things out to propective clients however, if the recepient does not have the program I cannot email straight from the page and so the email cannot be opened. So my question is how do I convert the document into a jpeg?

Okay, this will be a novel but here goes.

Open the page you want to send then click edit, then select all (this will highlight all the graphics and text on the page) you will see at the bottom of the lower graphic/text a box that has a black white and gray shape, click on this box and it will lock everything. With me so far?
Then right click in the middle of the locked box and it should bring up your selections of what you can do, find copy then click.
Now go into your graphics program ie: Coral photo-paint which has a right click option of "New from Clipboard" which I click and I now have a copy which I then save as...... whatever name and click jpeg hit save etc etc.

You should now have a jpeg file which you can attach to your email to send out

Note: this will only give you the graphics and text and will not print out as the actually document, but just give the customer the picture of the services etc available. Ok confusing myself here.

HTH, any questions, just ask.

ps: don't forget to go back to page plus and click that little box again to unlock it, if you need to do anymore editing etc
