I learnt during my Decleor skin diagnosis course that dark circles under the eyes relates to kidney's so I guess if you dont drink much water or have frequent kidney infections it could make the area worse. It can also be common in those who are tired and have had lack of sleep and also some people are just prone to them. Supercover do a fab cover foundation which covers really well and comes in over 40 different shades. Drink plenty of water and try doing a light drainage massage movement around the eye area.

apparently my sister says to put two tea spoons in the fridge to make them nice anmd cold and place them over your eyes for 5 mins. dunno if it works! apparently the cold kick starts the circulation to that part of the skin.
Personnally, i just use YSL touche eclat! i love the stuff but my friend said that they don't do it in many shades (is that true anyone?) and i'm quite pale so i don't think it would be right for your skin tone! I'm going to find out but if anybody would like to make my life easier if you already know the answer please tell me!! thank you!! xx |

Seriously ... M&S sell a soothing eyemask which you pop into the fridge to keep cool, and place onto your eyes whenever you feel the need for pampering ... failing that, a couple of slices of cucumber on a regular basis may help. |

Hi,
I have very dark circles, they are just hereditary and my Dr. told me to just make sure I get plenty of sleep, water and vitamins to keep them from looking worse. Eye cream does help, when the skin is healthier and has more cirulation the circles looks less IMO, I use a thick cream from the drugstore- doesn't matter what it is as long as it works with your skin! For concealor I use a Bobbi Brown concealor (my color is Sand???) and pat it very gently onto clean skin. If you rub you will NOT get good coverage, load your ring finger (4th finger) up with concealor and with the pad of your finger gently pat all over, over and over until it is blended nicely. They add a quick swish or dusting of powder to set and viola. My circles are so dark they do not disappear but they are covered enough to make me look awake and healthy again! Sarita |
