Be honest how many times have you burned everyone tea 'cos you've been too busy geeking on this fab site!!!!

I've done it loads of times!!!!

My hubby's just said - OOOhhh no you're not going on the pc again are you!!! I'm right in the middle of cooking tea & we're having baked tates which are already cooked with the middles taken out & mashed with cheese, cooked chopped bacon, butter, placed back in skins with extra cheese on & back in oven for ONLY 5 MINS!!!!!, which was at 7.55pm! Suppose they're already crispy!!!!!

Come on own up!!!

I think they taste better crispy! I've burnt the tea , forgot to put the kids to bed and almost been late for my first client - oh yeah forgot Ted was alive as well sometimes (he forgives bless him)

Oh I have burnt the tea here so many times I am awful for putting stuff in the oven then having a quick geek only to go back to a pile of charcoal lol

I often geek while I'm cooking tea to pass the time, but I take the laptop into the kitchen with me

I love baked spuds that way, also nice if you add a bit of mustard when you mash them - gives it a bit of a kick!!

PMSL - my hubby says that I have another love in my life - well hes right isn't he I think I've said this before so I'm sorry if its boring but........When its brown its done and when its black its bug******d - mines often the latter these days

I've never ever burnt tea because I was geeking. What kind of an irresponible mother do you take me for?????!!!!!?????

pmsl - hubby said tonite at 6.30 - when are you gonna cook tea? kids will be going to bed in the next hour?

My daughters become a much beter cook since i found this site.

My number 2 son who is twenty used to do the cooking but he works allover the country now so I have to do it myself BOOHOO

how sad. my daughters 12. So she's learning how to cook.
She needs the practice. that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!

they can make good beans on toast at that age we know what you are living off

get chips & chicken nuggets too.
& toasted sandwhiches.

& leftovers if I ever do cook. lol.

Its not so much that I burn tea, I dont even get it in the oven as once on here thats me hooked,

everything else just gets left my house looks burgled at times

But I just love the site, its like a best friend, especially when I am at home a lot on my own with toddlers, makes me feel sane again.

Here i am again, beef's in the oven, needs to come out at 2 - so if i'm still here tell me to go in the kitchen!! Got my glass of wine with me too, nowt's gonna get done!!!
