No need to be terrified. I've worked my way through ten VTCT courses so far and they're anything but scary. There are a couple of "exams" that you'll have to do but they're multiple choice and really not very taxing.
The only time you need to worry about the "trembles" is when you're applying polish!! I'm sure you'll be fine. Have fun on the course. Colin VTCT Therapist & Creative Trained Nail Technician |

Hi
You will love it! Its a great course I finished my VTCT Manicure & Pedicure course in Jan. There is 1 exam on health and safety and you have 2 formative assesments 1 for manicure and 1 for pedicure these will determine wether you are ready to go on to do the 2 summative assesments, the final assesments. Feel free to ask me more questions, I'm happy to help! Good luck xxx |

i have just finished my vtct manicure and pedicure on tuesday, i was also terrified before it started, really nervous on the first day, but hey it was great, the girls and 1 guy, were all friendly and helped each other, and the tutor was brill.
dont be too worried about it, you will enjoy it. |

I am having a rubbish time studying advanced nail techniques i started in september and finish jun 06 but i dont think im learning anything at all! It cost me a fortune to get on the course and all we do is walk in get our stuff out she says do an overlay we do an overlay (or what we think is an overlay) we have breaks when ever we want and we go home when ever we want!
I have complained about the course but nothing seems to be happening!!!! I think im going to need a lot of help to pass it. Any suggestions for a better course???? |
