about time for some weight loss positiveness girls! -

Just had a thought, as there are a lot of female geeks on here, and we sometimes have threads about how were struggling to lose weight and how difficult it is. just thought maybe it would be an idea to share success stories and be a bit positive and show you can do it?
Ive lost 3st 3lbs since last dec, going from 16st and a size 18, now down to 12st 11 and a size 14 and im estatic. Ive fought for years with my weight and still cant believe myself that im different. until I just looked at a pic of me at last novembers sussex geek meet and i couldnt believe i was like that once. Well done hollie, its not easy losing weight, i must have been on every diet going over the last 15 yrs and the only one that worked for me 6 yrs back was slimming world.
Since then tho ive had major surgery and a full hysto so now got a wobbly pot belly once again that no amount of dieting will shift! Ive now taken the drastic action of abdominolplasty and liposculpture to remove my jelly belly lol im booked in for the 2nd june and cant wait to get it over and done with. |
