behind the ear...OR (as I do) in the crease of the inner elbow....pre-cleanse the skin...apply tint and wait for 24-48 hrs.
Worse case I ever saw was a distict redness and peeling of the area tested. No exceptions......test anyone and everyone I had one lady who professed that since she had her hair coulred she was CERTAIN to be ok with a eyelash tint.....lmao |

1.Cleanse the area of the skin to be tested(behind the ear or the crook of the arm)
2. Mix the same make and colour of the tint to be used with manufacturer's recommended quantity of 10% volume peroxide. 3. Apply the tint to the area with a brush, about the size of a ten pence coin. 4. Allow to dry. 5. Ensure the client is aware that the tint should be left on for 24 hours. If no reaction occurs then wash off. 6. If a reaction occurs, the tint should be removed immediately with water and a soothing lotion applied to the area. 7. A reaction will be recognised by itching, red-hot inflamed area. This should be treated with a soothing substance. Hope this helps.
