Yes, they are different, the number you rang was head office telephone ordering.
The OSNS's are seperate and have their own stock.

Just rang up Manchester and she said they can't send out in post but I can just buy it on the day when I go for the conversion course! So all sorted!! Thanks Sandi xx

Following on from my order yesterday....I am well impressed!!! Delivery in less that 24 hours of me ordering!!!! Ok so they were out of stock of citrusoak but not to worry! And the fact that p&p is only £1.50 WOW!!!! used to pay a fortune with NSI's p&p charges unless u ordered over certain amount! One happy customer here!
