There have been many posts in various threads about Geeks meeting up at GMEX, so I have started this thread in the hopes of actually getting something sorted!!!

If anyone has an idea of where to meet, perhaps go for a drinky poos somewhere, get it on here. I don't know Manchester so can't offer up anything, just thought i'd get the ball rolling.

I would like to suggest that maybe there are two meeting times, one for those Geeks that will only be around in the morning and one for those around in the afternoon (you could go to both if you're there all day obviously).

Perhaps some kind of identifyer as well, so we can spot each other. My suggestion is this, acquire a copy of the Geek logo (save target as, screen dump, ask Sam nicely for the file, etc) print it out, glue to some card, sticky tape a safety pin to the back and wear with pride at the show. (its a bit blue peter, but a giggle none the less ) or you could make some kind of tag to hang from your bag or glue it to your show badge etc etc. Maybe include your username aswell.
