well my hubbie came back from shopping unscathed so it could not have been too bad... and this is how it went....

NO BREAD..... forgot kids are going hungry this week
NO SUET...... did not know where to look
NO CHINESE PANCAKES.... yeah like asda would sell them... would i be that cruel

Beer... but nothing for me
18 pints of milk..... jes how much does he think the kids would drink..
posh crisps..... they were on special 2 for £2

thank god i never put tampax on the list.. that could really have been insulting

he has also said he would not mind doing it again as it was not that bad

Mine can't do anything, he's got eyes bigger than his belly, when he goes out shopping when he's hungry he'd buy the whole shop if he could.

gonna have to share this with my hubby.
He's gonna sooooooooooooo crack up.
He's been doing the groceries for ummmmm 5yrs on his own now?
And before that either we did it together, or the odd occasion one of us did it alone.. Never had any problems..

Maybe my hubby should start a 'grocery shopping school

i only have two kids and guess what..... no cereal to go with the milk.. so the next thing i need are recipes for milk, no bread, and no suet. get those brains working....

i trusted my man once to do a shop online only thing is ididnt know he was gonna get drunk at the same time so we ended up with mr men spaghetti ect you know the rest oh and 40 cheap bottles of pop was there too only thing is there are 3 of us in the house and my daughter is 16 so ne need
when i asked him where the meat and food was he said " i got a chicken"
so he spent £150 for a 2 week shop and the rest of it was.................. yup munchies and beer!!!!!
