30-11-06, 10:30 PM
ladies, a lot of us have children and we all know how upsetting it is when they are ill, even the sniffles so please spare a thought for these families with sick children, you can post a card or letter and even a small gift to help pass the time the children are in hospital. i was especially taken with a little boy who was born the day after my youngest and is just 2
the web page is Post Pals - Post a Smile on a Sick Child's Face thanks for looking karen x

i will be sending a gift or 2, i normaly do the gift boxes with the kids for orfans in war torn countries, Samaritan's Purse - International Relief we fill 10 shoe boxes with a toy, toothbrush/ paste, soap, socks, books, pens etc and pay £2 per box towards postage and they get given to the kids for christmas, this is the 1st time i have only had chance to do 4 boxes, i will make up by making some of these gorgious kids smile with a little gift
thanks for the link |

thats a lovely thing to do kittens claws, it really brings it home to me when you think about the less fortunate. i tend to really spoil my kids at christmas but this year i`ve vowed that whenever i think "maybe just one more thing" its going to be for a child that needs it much more than them.i cried reading about the kids on postpals but it made me thankfull, thanks for looking at the page every message makes the difference.
