well im so pleased with myself i had my first weigh in tonite at slimming world
and ive lost 8lbs yay!
i would normally post this in my journal but ive never lost that much before so wanted to shout abt it

OMG Jess that is loads, way to go girl, i wish i could even attempt a diet but chocolate is my downfall every day

I once read somewhere that there is something that you can buy from health food shops that makes chocolate taste disgusting but i lost what i read it in and cant for the life of me find out what it is so if any of you clever geeks know what it is please do tell
